2. Services
Refocus HQ provides websites, custom SaaS platforms, business automation, digital marketing, strategy consulting and AI-powered solutions for Belizean businesses and organisations.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use our services lawfully, respect intellectual property, and not misuse any platform features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, copy, designs, code and platform components remain the property of Refocus HQ unless explicitly transferred to you in a signed agreement.
5. SaaS Platform Terms
Use of our SaaS platforms — QUICKRUN, BETHY, DOC-CONNECT, SALES OS, SYSTEMA, KONECT, TASTE, TEAMCHAT and FLUX — is subject to the platform-specific terms provided at onboarding. Each platform has its own subscription, support and service-level commitments.
6. Payment Terms
We accept PayPal and supported local Belize payment platforms. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refocus HQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of any platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Belize.
